Youth Programs

Students are provided with strength, agility, and confidence training in the offseason along with skills, coordination, and sport specific movement practice.  Athletes are also provided with mobility and stability training during the season to keep him/her healthy and involved in the sport the entire season, injury free.



45 min sessions dedicated to improving the confidence and abilities of your child while giving them essential knowledge on how to take care of their body outside of the training grounds.  


$320 8 individual sessions.

$260/ athlete for 8 partner sessions

$190/ athlete groups of four 8 sessions
