tST Ignite is Tuel shed training's initial six-week motivation, fitness, nutrition, and wellness program created to inspire participants to achieve and live happier, healthier lives.
Through daily workouts, motivation, nutrition guidance, wellness tips, inspirational stories, and the support of the tuel Shed training team, participants will make realistic lifestyle changes. more importantly, participants will Learn to believe in themselves again.
Communities will be Strengthened, lives will be changed, and Belief will be restored through TST Ignite.
TST's signature motivation is the core of TST Ignite. Participants will be inspired and motivated to go after their goals, but more importantly, they will learn to Believe in themselves. Daily support, weekly videos, and one-on-one meetings will help individuals realize they do deserve to be happy, healthy, and to Believe in themselves.
TST's 20-minute cardio, weight lifting, and stretching videos are central to TST Ignite. Each workout includes three different levels- beginning, intermediate, and advanced- for all skill and ability levels. Participants will have access to two live workouts each week, as well as access to additional TST20 workouts on Tuel Shed Training's PivotShare site.
Participants will receive nutrition guidance throughout the program to compliment their workouts and to promote lifelong healthy eating habits. Individualized protein and carbohydrate ratios, daily meal posts, food prep ideas, and recipes help participants learn about nutrition and will help participants reach their personal goals.
Wellness tips will be shared throughout the program to help participants gain a better understanding of their health and to promote lifelong healthy habits in all aspects of their lives.
